I'm a loan officer with CalCoast Financial in Pleasanton, and I teach these classes because so many agents I work with are great at selling homes but stuck on the marketing side. I use these tools in my own business every day, and I teach exactly what's working for me right now.

Full disclosure: I'm a lender. Most of these classes aren't about mortgages, and the few that are focus on helping your buyers. At the very end I'll ask for two minutes to share what I do, and only if you got real value from the hour.

Before you book

Is it really free?

Yes. No cost, no upsell, no paid course at the end.

Do I need to bring anything?

A laptop, and your logins for whatever we're working on that day (your Google Business Profile, YouTube, Instagram, or website). You'll do the work in class.

Where are the in-person classes?

6601 Owens Drive, Suite 260, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Seats are limited to about 12 so everyone gets hands-on help.

A class I want isn't on the schedule. Can I request it?

Yes. Call or text (209) 534-6685 and tell me which one. Popular requests get added to the next month's calendar, and any class can come to your office for a team meeting.

What if I miss a class?

Every Roadmap class repeats monthly, and you'll get the recording if you booked a seat.

I already have a lender. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Plenty of agents who come already have a lender they love. The classes are about growing your business.
